2. Artwork & Product Information

  • Each artwork is hand-painted and unique. Slight variations in color, texture, or detail are natural and expected.

  • We strive to display artwork accurately online, but colors may vary depending on screen settings.

  • All descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please verify your information before submitting your order.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes for international shipments.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy applies to all purchases. In short:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days for a full refund (item must be in new, unused, resellable condition; customer pays return shipping).

  • After 30 days, eligible returns will receive store credit.

  • Exchanges available within 30 days if artwork is unused and resellable.

  • Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, images, designs, and content on this website are the property of Shape Art Co.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our products or site content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products beyond their intended purpose as decorative artwork.

  • In no case shall Shape Art Co., its owners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
