Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange options:

  • 30-Day Returns: You may return artwork within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is returned in new, unused, and resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the artwork has been received and inspected.

  • Over 30 Days: Returns received after 30 days will be eligible for store credit only, issued once the artwork is received in resellable condition.

  • Exchanges: We are happy to offer exchanges within 30 days, as long as the artwork is returned in new, unused, and resellable condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

  • Custom Orders: Please note that custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable. If there are any issues with a custom piece, we will work with you to find a solution.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning artwork, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
