Processing & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed within 7 business days after purchase. Because each order is cutom paintedm there is a short wait to paint, dry, and ship your order.

  • Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional time; timelines will be discussed during the project scope and confirmed in writing.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Ground Shipping (within the continental U.S.) is free and included in the price of your artwork.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (see our Return Policy for details).

  • Expedited or special shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. 


Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting.

  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


International Shipping

  • International orders may be available upon request.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork so we can assist you.

  • While we are not responsible for packages lost by carriers, we will work with you and the shipping provider to help resolve issues.
